Where the budget goes

A budget of thirteen items in four groups: the area of each rectangle follows its amount, the colors name the group, and the names and amounts stand inside. The description names the biggest items and the shares of the groups, the table lists every item with value, share and group. Illustrative amounts, with a phone variant.
