Overview
What probat is, what it checks and where the project stands.
probat validates files: HTML, XML, e-invoices (XRechnung, EN 16931, Peppol BIS Billing), data files such as JSON and Markdown, and plain text at the byte level. It is written in Rust and needs no Java runtime. It will ship as a Rust library, a command line tool and an npm package.
Status: in planning. There is no code and no release yet. These pages describe the goal and the design decisions; the changelog will show the first release.
What a run looks like
